A Warm Welcome to The Maltings Care Home, Norfolk

You’ll find The Maltings Care Home in a quiet residential area, situated in the small, historic market town of Fakenham. We are close to the town centre with easy access of the A148 and A1065, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, as well as residential dementia care where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

Our home offers a lovely garden and patio area, which is a great place for our residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together. Our residents who enjoy gardening love to get involved and help plant and maintain the garden in their spare time.

Our residents enjoy a comprehensive activities programme, including various weekly clubs:

  • Knit and Natter club
  • Cookery Club
  • Gardening Club

Entertainment is never far here at The Maltings, from visits from our pet therapy dog and the local school children to arts and crafts and card game championships. There really is something for everyone.

Key Information

We provide care for those who are publicly funded as well as those paying for their own care.

It’s important to get professional advice on the best way to fund the cost of care and we suggest that you take advice from a care fees expert to make sure that you have explored all the options available to you.

In order to make life easier we have contacted a national care fees planning specialist, Symponia who are dedicated to the financial issues of later life, in particular the payment of care fees. Through Symponia’s network of carefully selected and qualified financial advisers they offer you and/or your family member empathic, bespoke advice on the best way to fund weekly care fees. This approach ensures that not only are all our residents and their families aware of the legislation and how it works but they are able to explore all the financial options available to them.

It should be noted that Four Seasons Health Care and Symponia operate completely independently with no commission or financial benefit to Four Seasons Health Care as a result of your conversation or contract.
